Export Development Act
The Export Development Act (amended May 18, 2017) includes the mandate for EDC to provide development financing, both directly and indirectly, as well as other forms of development support, in a manner that is consistent with Canada’s international development priorities. FinDev Canada was created to deliver on this mandate.
