Kimberley (Kim) Graham joined FinDev Canada in January 2026 as the Director, Risk Management. Kim is responsible for building and overseeing the Risk Team responsible for transaction adjudication, portfolio risks, and enterprise-level financial risks. 

Prior to joining FinDev Canada, Kim spent the past 25 year at Export Development Canada in various risk roles. For the past 9 years, Kim was as a Senior Corporate Risk Manager. Prior to EDC, Kim was an auditor at Deloitte & Touche.

Kim is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours Accounting degree from the University of Ottawa.
