Anthony Partipilo is Vice-President, Chief Finance & Operations Officer at FinDev Canada, where he oversees the Digital, People & Culture, and Finance & Operations teams. In this role, he is responsible for advancing the organization's strategic priorities, strengthening operational effectiveness, and supporting FinDev Canada's continued growth and development impact.

Anthony brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience across the banking and insurance sectors, with expertise spanning finance, FP&A, operations, investor relations, client experience, digital transformation, and mergers & acquisitions. Throughout his career, he has played a leadership role in more than CAD $12 billion of M&A activity across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, including a record-setting acquisition in North American banking.

Prior to joining FinDev Canada, Anthony served as Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer at Sun Life Financial, where he partnered closely with the Operations, Client Experience, and Digital teams to drive strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and customer-focused transformation during a period of significant growth and change. Before Sun Life, he spent more than two decades in senior finance leadership roles at RBC and CIBC, where he developed deep expertise in financial management, strategy, and organizational leadership.

Anthony holds an MBA and CPA designation from Wilfrid Laurier University, with UK CIMA accreditation, and a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies and Geography from York University. He is also a graduate of the

University of Virginia Darden School of Business, having completed its Executive Program in Bank Financial Leadership.
