Adhiti focuses on impact strategies and thought leadership at FinDev Canada. She brings with her over a decade of experience as a consultant, lawyer & advisor in impact investing and blended finance. Her thematic areas of expertise are climate finance, nature finance and gender-lens investing. 

Prior to FinDev Canada, as a sustainable finance consultant, Adhiti advised clients such as the World Bank Group, United Nations, and Climate Policy Initiative. Previously, Adhiti worked at Convergence Blended Finance as Associate Director & Head of Market Acceleration and Design Funding, where she deployed catalytic grant capital to accelerate innovative and scalable financial solutions that mobilized private sector investment for the Sustainable Development Goals in emerging markets. Adhiti has also advised impact investors on multiple-bottom line transactions around the world at RPCK, a boutique NY law firm. Adhiti started her career in India where she advised on international trade, cross-border M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. 

Adhiti serves as an advisory board member for the Global Fund for Coral Reefs and a chapter leader for Women Investing in a Sustainable Economy (WISE). Adhiti holds a Sustainability & Climate Risk Certificate from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). She has a master’s degree from Columbia Law School, and a law degree from National Law School of India University.
