Natasha is part of the Impact Enablement team at FinDev Canada where she conducts the development impact evaluation of potential investments throughout the origination and due diligence processes. She assists portfolio companies in enhancing their impact objectives relating to market development, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and women’s economic empowerment. She also supports senior management in defining and delivering impact-related strategic initiatives. Natasha manages several gender-focused projects, such as FinDev Canada’s partnership with UN Women.
Prior to FinDev Canada, Natasha set up and ran a management consulting service in Miami where she helped small companies and startups develop their business and digital strategies and improve their overall business performance.  Natasha holds a B. Comm degree from Concordia University.
